Who these terms are with

Halpern & Co. is the operating name of 1000782943 Ontario Ltd., an Ontario corporation. In these terms, "Halpern & Co.", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

They govern your use of halpernandco.ca. They do not govern any construction work we do for you. That is covered by a separate written contract.

Everything on this website is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, disciplines and past work are summaries, not specifications, and nothing here is a quote, a price, or an offer capable of acceptance.

A binding arrangement between us only exists once there is a signed written agreement covering scope, price and schedule.
